After arrest, you may be released from custody at the scene or later from the police station. In either case, the police give you a piece of paper, telling you to appear in court. The address of the courthouse and the date and time will all be shown. If you are not released after your arrest, then you will be held for a bail hearing.   The bail hearing  is so crucial to achieving the best possible outcome in your case that Forstner Law has given it its own heading in the main menu at the top of every page.  Please read this section carefully.   If you or someone close to you has just been arrested, having Lawrence beside you at this early stage is crucial to unlocking the full benefit of what he can achieve for you

The Role of the Defence Lawyer

The role of the defence lawyer is crucial to a functioning justice system. Without fierce advocacy, there is no barrier to the raw and arbitrary abuse of power.
